Ramappa Temple






 Ramappa Temple is located at a distance of about 77 km from Warangal city. It is an iconic temple built during the reign of Ganapati Deva of Kakatiya Dynasty. The temple is a popular abode of Lord Shiva and derives its name from the sculptor Ramappa, who had consecrated a linga of Lord Shiva here, which is nearly 9 feet tall. It is also known as the Ramalingeswara temple.
